Production
the planning of my production and the actual production
the first thing im doing is recording the interviews, i am going to book out the studio and interview everyone, instead of questions planned out im going to have a conversation with the person being interviewed and only plan a few questions so i can get their diffent views and opinions on the topic.
now my interviews are done i can edit them. i did 5 interviews and they were all quite long as i had long conversation with all of the people i interviewed, i will have to do a lot of editing, im very happy with the end result.
I am going to record some asmr as b roll, so i have set up an area with a tripod above a box and a mic facing it.
The b roll went really good although it could have been better.
For the audieo ive got some facts im going to read out about asmr and whisper in to a mic.
the facts have gone really well and im ready to edit it all now.
first thing i edited was two interviews and their both quite long without my voice so i think im going to just have them with the b roll in the middle.
I have now finished it all, i put otgether by adding b roll although a lot of it was out of focus, then i added the facts audio in and after this i added relaxing asmr music to go through it all and a picture with a title at each end.
using premier pro i basically only used the in and out tool to pic sections from the raw footage and moved them in to the editing bit, then i edited the volume of the audio, after this i added space between the interviews by moving the clips, then i added clips from the asmr i recorded, i edited one clip to be slightly longer so it would fit over the facts audio that i cut all of the spaces of and put after the interview audio, after i placed the other interview after this i added a new audio track and added relaxing music i downloaded, finally i inserted a graphic at both sides and used the writing tool to add a title of 'asmr' .
