i had three ideas to chose from.

my first idea was a documentary on weed and its place in the modern world. this was going to include interviews from poeple of all ages that have smoked weed or people that have a strong opinon of it and why.

my second idea was a documentary on asmr, have it in the style of asmr and include information on it and interviews of people talking about it and their experiences.

my last idea was on anorexia and the stereotypes of the condition and how to help people who suffer. it was going to include people talking about what they think about it, their reaction to facts about it and information on how to help people who suffer.

i chose the idea about asmr as it seemed like the best idea, it will have many interviews from differnt points of view.

proposal

·         In life I believe that there are too many bad views on things and too many things to stress people out and thats why i think asmr has impacted the world so much and grown so fat but the main conflict with asmr is that people think its gross and weird although it can help so many. my film will show peoples views on asmr and why many people have such strong opinons on it.  Ultimately, I want the audience to see the different sides of amsr and how it effects people and understand why it effects people. 

Topic

asmr is a very interesting topic as people have so many opions on it and its such a strange thing to think about. it is a name for the feeling you get in your head from differnt sounds like slime or people eating. 

the only information people would need to know about it is what it is, how its caused and when it started, this information will be shown through interviews and facts.

Conflict

a conflict in this documantary is that everyone has different opinons on asmr so there will be a lot of contrasting views that will conflict each other making the viewer make their own decision and think a lot about the subject and the many different sides of it. 

Audiences Biases

there will be a slighty bias to show pretty much only the good sides of why asmr is good and it will mkae people think of why people wouldn't think it's good to make them think that it is a good thing and will help others. the audience luckly normally has an idea of what asmr is or would recognise it when explained to them and thats all they need, some people wouldnt know what asmr is so i would explain it to them. i will have a conversation with the audience to tell them little facts and good tings with asmr and poking holes in peoples thoughts that think its bad making most people be purswaided it's good.

Structure

the documantary will start with an interview then it will have a section of b roll where facts and information about asmr will be read out and after than more interviews.
